What is the January Bootcamp?
Throughout January, the Low Carb Program will offer a range of virtual events and group meet-ups hosted by our team of health coaches.
Each week, you’ll have access to an informative group meet-up, along with a goal-setting and progress review meet-up. You’ll also have access to a habit tracker and daily events designed to support you in building healthy habits that last in four key areas of wellness.
These events include meditation and yoga classes, informative masterclasses, step-by-step cook-along videos, exercise videos, and sleep-supportive resources. You can follow along with daily events designed to support you in building healthy habits in 2025 by keeping an eye on our weekly schedule.
